Since the dawn of time, earth has been controlled by ETs. They 
engineered the human race and gave a select few advanced knowledge and power. Their descendants rule to this day. They are known as the New World Order. The ETs force the Watchers to carry out the agenda of the New World Order. However, one Watcher questions this paradigm and sets out on the path to change it, all the while battling the oppression of his fellow Watchers, the ETs and the New World Order.
